I don't generally send follow up messages, but this time I felt it was a must.  You all gave me awesome care and treatment.  From the first time I called after my dentist suggested your practice, I could not have asked for better. Brittney, excellent customer service and professionalism. She called me back when she said she would and helped me get in sooner when my tooth was starting to really bother me. Vivian, you totally put me at ease.  Very professional, calm, and explained everything.  Dr. Cotton, first you have done an excellent job by hiring superior staff.  You explained everything so well and in detail and that was greatly appreciated.  Also, you answered my questions and told me what to expect post procedure as well.

As I said at my appointment, I have never had any real dental issues other than my childhood cavities, braces, and wisdom teeth removed, so I was nervous about the root canal, however you all put me at ease by your kindness and professionalism.

I will let my dentist know your care was exceptional and I will be happy to recommend your practice to any one I know that needs your expertise.

I had the worst tooth pain that started weeks before the Christmas holidays and became excruciating on Christmas Eve. Of course everyone is closed for Christmas and I tried immediately after to get in to an Endodontist. Dr. Cotton's office was the only one I could find open days after Christmas and they made an appointment for me ASAP. Ann was very professional, sympathetic and helpful when I called the office on that day. Dr. Cotton completed a root canal later that day and it was the BEST experience of any dental professional I have ever been to (over many decades)! He explained what he was going to do before he started, he gave updates as he went, and then he reviewed what he had done after he finishedwith visuals!! He also called me later that night to check up on how I was doing. I was so very impressed and thankful to have found him! And I haven't had any tooth pain since. I highly recommend Taylor P. Cotton, DDS to anyone needing an Endodontist!

I have always heard from others how much of a nightmare a root canal can be.  My experience with Advanced Care Endodontics was anything but.  From the first time I talked to Ann I could tell she had sincere concern for my well-being.  The option to fill out my patient forms on the internet was great and saved me time when I got to the office.  No doubts about what the insurance company would cover, Ann knew basically what I would owe before I left the office on my first visit.  Dr. Cotton was excellent and I experienced no pain at all from the root canal.  I was amazed, once the numbness wore off that first night I had no pain whatsoever.  Dr. Cotton called me the night after both of my appointments to check on me, and this impressed me so much.  The experience was, dare I say enjoyable, thanks to Ann and Dr. Cotton.  Thank you Advanced Care Endodontics!
